PRO TORCH MODEL 3099

The Ecoface® LowTemperature Process permits rebuilding of cylindrical parts hundreds of degrees below conventional welding temperatures. The exothermic reaction produces a metallurgical bond at temperatures low enough to avoid distortion, cracking, warpage, and heat effects associated with high temperature. This process is noted for its simplicity, speed andefficiency. The techniques involved in preparation and application are easy tolearn and use. The equipment is simple and requires minimum maintenance. With the PRO 3099 torch, the PRO 3000 bond coat powder, and the appropriate Ecoface® surfacing alloy the user can perform a wide variety of repairs on cylindrical parts. Both inside and outside diameters on all steels, cast iron, brasses, bronzes, stainless steels, and aluminum alloys, with the exception of pure copper can be successfully repaired.
